Corsair Performance Series Pro 128GB Solid State Drive utilises a server-grade Marvell 88SS9174 Controller chip that has proven reliability over the years and recently has been given an update to provide even better performance. Corsair Performance Pro 128GB have 8 toggle NAND chips built by Toshiba, and are 128Gb (16GB) DDR Toggle-Mode 1.0 operating at 133 MT/s. ATTO results were very interesting with nearly perfect performance - maximum read speeds pushed 510 MBps overall, with write speeds hitting 325 MBps. Background Garbage Collection is stunning on this drive, as was to be expected. The Marvell 9174 controller does an incredible job of maintaining performance in almost all conditions.
